2. Bookings and Payments
- Tour Packages: All tour packages and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary or services if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will always strive to offer a suitable alternative.
- Pricing: Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be the final price unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Deposit and Final Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date before the tour begins. Failure to pay the final balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods. Any transaction fees or charges related to the payment method are your responsibility.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply based on the time of cancellation. The non-refundable deposit is forfeited regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
- Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to force majeure events or insufficient bookings. In such a case, we will offer you a full refund of all payments made, or a credit for a future tour. We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, visa, and any other necessary travel documents for your trip to Sri Lanka.
- Health and Fitness: You must be in good health and physical condition to participate in our tours. You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions or special needs.
- Conduct: You are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any client from a tour who engages in disruptive, illegal, or dangerous behavior without a refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
Trek Tropical Tours acts as an agent for third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines). We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by their actions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
6. Privacy Policy
We collect and use your personal information solely for providing our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
